As a point of interest, snakes can also suck the chrome from trailer hitches.
It is interesting that one did suck the chrome from a trailer hitch so that we can know this.

What's more interesting, is that anonymous #2 is under the impression that anonymous #1 must have had to engage in such behaviour to be able to know about it. With even average cognitive ability it should be clear that...nevermind. This is probably too complex and out of the grasp of certain individuals already.
